What is account credit?
If you have a booking that is paid in full which you then remove costumes from, the value of those costumes will be credited to your Costume Source account. You'll see these credits in the booking history.
How do I use credit?
You can use your credit to make balance payments to any of your upcoming bookings. Just go to the booking, select Pay and if you have credit on your account, you'll be given the option to pay with it. If the value of your credit doesn't cover the outstanding amount, you can pay the difference as normal using a card. Any remaining credit will stay on your account.
Can I place a new booking using my credit?
No - we need an up-to-date card on file when you book with us which is why credit can only be used for balance payments.
How long does credit last?
Credit does not expire, so you can use it at any time you choose.
Where can I see my credit?
If you have credit on your account, it will show at the top of the page when you go to your wardrobe.
