You can remove costumes from your booking yourself — but only up until 30 days before your booking starts.
After this point, we lock in your order to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This helps us manage availability for other customers who may be relying on the same styles and sizes. We completely understand that plans can change, but this 30-day window helps ensure a fair and organised process for everyone.
Simply go to your booking and click the Costumes tab.
Click the button to remove costumes and a list of your costumes will be displayed with a checkbox next to each one.
Click the checkbox next to the items you want to remove (a little bin icon will appear next to them) and then click the button at the bottom to remove the selected costumes.
If you have only paid a deposit, the outstanding balance will be reduced by the value of the costumes you have just removed.
If you have already paid in full, the value of the removed costumes will be credited to your account.
