Can I make changes after I book?

Yes, of course!


You can add costumes to your booking at any time, right up until we begin picking and packing your order. This usually happens about seven days before your booking start date.


You can also remove costumes from your booking — but only up until 30 days before your booking starts. After this point, we lock in your order to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It helps us manage availability for other customers who may be relying on the same styles and sizes. We completely understand that plans can change, but this 30-day window helps ensure a fair and organised process for everyone.


To add or remove costumes, simply go to your booking, click on the "Costumes" tab and follow the instructions — it’s quick and easy!
