Returning costumes

If you have one or two boxes

Your return label will be included with your paperwork - it's usually the last page.

If you can't find it, just let us know and we'll email you a new one.

Costumes need to be returned in their correct bag, with hanger and any accessories and packed neatly in the box.

Seal the box securely and attach the return label to the front of the box making sure any old labels are removed.

Drop the box to your local Parcel Shop (your nearest ones will be listed next to your return label) and keep the receipt you are given.

If you have three boxes or more

We won't include labels as it's usually easier to get DPD to collect from you. (You can still return via a parcel shop - just let us know and we'll email labels).

Let us know if you want DPD to collect. We'll book your collection in and you'll get a confirmation from them.

On the day of collection you'll get a one-hour collection time slot from DPD.
